Well, we bought this house out of foreclosure and got a screaming deal on it. It needs some work, and Jim's new fulltime job is working on our properties. He has his work cut out for him on this one. But look at the magnificent cottonwood in the back yard. We had it trimmed last week - it was hanging into everyone's yard. But it was to be 200+ years old - it is enormous. You can see it for blocks in either direction -- it is the largest thing in the neighborhood!
